2. Basic features of the services
The subject of the contract is the preparation and registration of the vehicle registration plate in the electronic toll collection system. In particular, the Contractor will prepare the registration of the Ordering Party's vehicle registration plate as an independent service provider via the website.

3. The total price of the service includes all taxes and duties
The price for the requested service includes the official vignette price along with our service fee; the total price can be seen in the summary that we display in the last step of the ordering process on our website.

4. Terms of service and service period
If you expressly request it, the registration of your vehicle license plate will be carried out after the conclusion of the contract. Registration is usually complete in about 15 minutes.

5. Order process
You can select services at www.winietomat.pl and order them directly from the website. After selecting the service, you can provide the information we need for the proper provision of our service. Providing this information will compile information about the service. By clicking "Continue to preview", additional information required to conclude the contract and obtain consent will be required. An overview of the selected services is displayed and the data entered. This can be changed again. Only when you click on the button "Confirm Purchase" will you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. The process can be interrupted at any time by closing the browser window. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This does not imply acceptance of the contract by the contractor. The contractual relationship does not take effect until receipt of the "confirmation of registration". You will receive them by e-mail. The contractual relationship will come into force at the latest when the service is performed.

6. Cancellation Policy
(1.) Right of withdrawal for consumers:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons for the withdrawal. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the contract.

(2.) Consequences of withdrawing from the contract:
If you cancel the contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs that arise when you have chosen a type of delivery other than our cheapest standard delivery options, immediately and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.To refund you these amounts, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged as a result of this payment If you have requested that the services start during the cancellation period, you must pay us the appropriate amount, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already performed by the time you inform us of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation with respect to this contract compared to the total scope. services to be performed under this contract.

Notice regarding premature termination of your cancellation right:
The right of withdrawal also expires with the contract for the provision of services, if we have fully performed the services and started providing the service after you expressly consented and at the same time confirm your awareness that you are losing right to cancel after full performance of the contract.

7. Storage of contract data
We store your contract data and send you contract documents by e-mail.

8. Contract language
The language of the contract is only Polish, English, German.

9. Out-of-court settlement of disputes
We will not participate in the dispute resolution process before a consumer arbitration board. However, the Act on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes states that we should still refer you to the relevant consumer committee:
